Samsung has already started One UI 9 testing for several Galaxy devices. As we get closer to the official launch, more models are joining the list. Recently, the Galaxy S24 FE and Tab S10 series appeared with their first Android 17-based One UI 9 builds on Samsung’s internal servers. This shows that the company is steadily expanding development.
Galaxy S24 FE and Tab S10 series spotted with One UI 9 builds
Starting with the Galaxy S24 FE. Samsung has already begun One UI 9 testing for its 2024 flagship lineup, the Galaxy S24 series. Now the Fan Edition model has joined as well. As shared by Fahad, the Galaxy S24 FE has appeared with firmware version S721BXXUCEZF7.
Now coming to the Galaxy Tab S10 series. Samsung has also started One UI 9 testing for the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra. The tablets have appeared with their first One UI 9 builds on servers in India and Europe. However, just like the Galaxy S25 and Tab S11 lineup, we are not able to decrypt the build. Therefore, the firmware version remains unknown for now.
As for the One UI 9 beta program, it currently remains limited to Samsung’s latest flagship lineup, the Galaxy S26 series. Other devices such as the Galaxy S25 series and Z7 foldables could join the beta program in the coming weeks although no beta builds have surfaced for them yet.
The Galaxy S24 FE could also see a One UI 9 beta release later on, although nothing is confirmed at the moment. The situation looks different for the Tab S10 series, however, since they have never seen a beta release till now.
That said, the stable One UI 9 rollout for older eligible Galaxy devices is still some time away. Samsung is expected to debut the stable version alongside its Z8 foldables at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 22. The wider rollout for existing Galaxy devices will likely begin during the final months of the year.
