The countdown to the next Galaxy Unpacked has officially begun, with the event set to take place on July 22 in London. As the launch draws closer, the prices of the upcoming Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 have seemingly leaked.

Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 prices tipped for France

According to Dealabs, both the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 are expected to get a price hike, at least in France. The new models could cost €30 to €50 more than their Galaxy Watch 8 counterparts. If the leak is accurate, the 40mm Galaxy Watch 9 could start at €409 in France. Here’s the full price breakdown:

  • Galaxy Watch 9 (40mm) BT: €409 (+€30 from €379)
  • Galaxy Watch 9 (40mm) LTE: €459 (+€30 from €429)
  • Galaxy Watch 9 (44mm) BT: €439 (+€30 from €409)
  • Galaxy Watch 9 (44mm) LTE: €489 (+€30 from €459)
  • Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 (47mm) LTE: €749 (+€50 from €699)

Not long ago, WinFuture reported similar price hikes across the board, at least for Germany. There’s no telling whether the US will see similar increases, and only time will tell. It’s certainly possible, given that price hikes have become more common across consumer electronics, but we’ll have to wait and see.

The report also reiterates that official sales will begin on August 6.
