As we move closer to the stable One UI 8.5 rollout, Samsung seems focused on wrapping up beta testing as quickly as possible. Samsung releases new One UI 8.5 beta updates for Galaxy S24 FE, S23 FE, Tab S11
Starting with the Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung has released the third One UI 8.5 beta update for the device in India and South Korea. The update has an installation size of around 740MB, with the build ending in ZZDP. It mainly focuses on fixing issues related to calls, video recording, Bluetooth, and a few other areas.
Its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 FE, has also received the One UI 8.5 Beta 2 update in Korea. This update carries the same ZZDP ending and brings similar bug fixes. In addition, Samsung has brought the Privacy Alert feature with this release.
Moving to Samsungโs latest flagship tablet lineup, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are now receiving their third One UI 8.5 beta update in Korea as well. The update introduces Call Screening and Creative Studio AI features. It also fixes several Samsung DeX-related issues. The package size is around 700MB and comes with the build ending in ZZD7.
All these beta updates bundle the April 2026 security patch.
Overall, Samsung appears focused on fixing remaining One UI 8.5 beta issues before moving into the stable rollout phase. If the company follows its expected schedule and begins the stable release for Galaxy S25 devices by the end of this week, these models could likely start receiving their stable One UI 8.5 updates by the end of May.
