It’s no secret that Samsung will introduce a new Warranty and care system app in One UI 9 (Android 17). While we already had an idea of what the app would look like thanks to internal builds, a fresh leak has now revealed its final design. The updated version could ship with the stable One UI 9.

Samsung may make device repairs simpler with its Warranty and care app

Samsung’s Warranty and care app could make after-sales support services easier to access. Tipster GalaxyTechie appears to have gotten their hands on the final version of the app. Compared to the version seen in earlier internal builds, the company has introduced a new app icon, refreshed the interface, and included fresh options.

When you open the Warranty and care app, you will see a welcome screen that highlights key features. These include Get warranty info, Manage repairs, Find solutions, and Get help from experts. The app displays a list of your registered devices along with their warranty information so you can easily see which products are covered.

Furthermore, you can view repair cost estimates, book appointments at Samsung service centers, and file warranty claims right from the app. You can use the diagnostics tool to identify problems without visiting a service center. The feature is likely powered by Samsung Members. Thanks to a search bar, you can find support articles more quickly.

The app also includes Bixby support. You can describe your issue, and the virtual assistant will help you find a possible solution. In addition, you can track your scheduled repairs from within the app. The Scheduled Repair section shows whether your repair is covered by Samsung Care+, along with the appointment date, time, and service center name.

Samsung may debut the stable version of One UI 9 alongside its next-gen Galaxy foldables later this month. If that happens, we’re just a few days away from seeing the new Warranty and Care system app in action.
