Samsung Launches 2026 AI TV Promotion Targeting Soccer Fans

Samsung has launched a new promotion for its 2026 AI TVs in its home country, South Korea. The goal is to attract soccer fans with its TV’s sports viewing capabilities ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026. In addition, the company is offering several perks for buyers, including trade-in benefits, membership points, and cashback offers.

Samsung’s latest TVs boost soccer viewing experience

Samsung’s latest TV promotion is titled “Decisive Moment, AI Soccer Mode! Switch to Samsung AI TV”. The campaign will run for two months, starting today (May 1). It will be available through both online and offline channels, including Samsung Store, Samsung.com, Hi-Mart, and E-Land.

The 2026 Samsung TVs come with a bunch of AI features to improve sports viewing. These include AI Soccer Mode and AI Sound Control. Speaking of AI Soccer Mode, it uses AI to analyze soccer matches in real time. This allows the TV to deliver vivid color quality and precise rendering during fast-moving action. It also improves crowd noise and commentary, creating a more immersive, stadium-like experience.

Meanwhile, AI Sound Control automatically tweaks different types of sounds in real time. These include dialogue, background music, and audio effects. It can also separate sounds like commentary and crowd cheers, so you can adjust or mute them for a more personalized viewing experience.

As part of the promotion, Samsung also offers a host of perks for those who upgrade to its latest TVs. This includes Micro RGB, The Frame Pro, 98-inch The Frame, or OLED TV. If you buy an eligible model and trade in your old TV, you will receive membership points. For example, buyers of 83-inch or larger TVs will get points worth 200,000 won. Likewise, 75-inch or 77-inch models let you score points worth 100,000 won.

Samsung said customers can trade in any TV, regardless of manufacturer or model year. However, the return procedures and benefits may vary depending on where the TV is purchased. So, you should check with individual retailers for details.

Moreover, Samsung will offer cashback of up to 300,000 won to 500 customers. To qualify, you must purchase an eligible TV this month and leave a product review.
