Galaxy Watch 9, Watch Ultra 2, Tab S12+ Battery Spotted on BIS

Samsung has a bunch of launches in the coming months. First, it will unveil the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Then, toward the fall, we can expect the Galaxy Tab S12 series to break cover. As we inch closer to the launch, we’ve now spotted batteries for all three on India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 clear a key launch milestone
On BIS, batteries for the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 have shown up as EB-BL345DAY and EB-BL715DAY. The former will likely come in two size variants (40 mm and 44 mm), and their battery capacities will likely be 382 mAh and 435 mAh. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 will sport a 784 mAh battery.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 (tentative name) is the more interesting one here. It may come with the Snapdragon Wear Elite chipset, which means it could bring features no Galaxy Watch has supported so far. That could include 5G support, ultra wideband, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6, and more.

Galaxy Tab S12+ battery spotted on BIS and more details revealed
Apart from these, the Galaxy Tab S12+ battery has also shown up on BIS as EB-BX846AAE and EB-BX846AAY. Its rated capacity will be 10,392 mAh, though it will likely be marketed as a typical capacity of around 10,500 mAh to 10,600 mAh. That would mark a decent 4–5% increase compared to the Galaxy Tab S10+.
Beyond that, the Galaxy Tab S12+ will launch alongside the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. Both tablets may feature either the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 or Dimensity 9500+ chipset. Both models have also been spotted on the GSMA IMEI database, as well as on the company’s firmware test servers.
