Samsung has now started offering refurbished Galaxy phones in India, which are marketed as Certified Re-Newed. This program is available in multiple countries, including the US, the UK, South Korea, Germany, France, and now India.

You can now buy Samsung Certified Re-Newed Galaxy phones in India

Starting today, you can buy Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed Galaxy phones in India on company’s website. Like the other phones the company sells in the country, these refurbished devices also come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. At the moment, Samsung is offering the following phones at the listed prices under the Certified Re-Newed program. Surprisingly, there’s no foldable on sale.

  • Galaxy A36 5G (128GB): ₹23,249 (~$251)
  • Galaxy A36 5G (256GB): ₹24,499 (~$265)
  • Galaxy A56 5G (8GB RAM): ₹31,499 (~$341)
  • Galaxy A56 5G (12GB RAM): ₹32,749 (~$354)
  • Galaxy S25 (256GB): ₹58,749 (~$635)
  • Galaxy S25 Ultra (256GB): ₹97,499 (~$1,054)

This is one way to save on rising smartphone prices and get a discount, though you’ll want to check what deals other retailers are offering as well. Leading online retailers such as Amazon and Flipkart, along with offline retailers, often run better discounts on these phones, including brand-new devices that aren’t company renewed.
