Samsung is getting ready to launch its next Galaxy A series phone, the Galaxy A27. Leaks have already revealed its design, as well as some key specs. Now, we have spotted retail listings for the phone, which show it in multiple color options from different angles and confirm its specifications.
Retailer lists the Galaxy A27 before Samsung’s announcement
Samsung appears to be readying the Galaxy A27 in Blue, Pink, and Black colors. The phone sports a cleaner and more modern look compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy A26. The company is seemingly aiming for a more minimal design this time, which could help the device appeal to a wider audience. The listings also reveal all ports, buttons, and cutouts. Enough talk — you can check out the images below yourself.
Specifications
On the front, the Galaxy A27 could feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340, slimmer bezels, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung may also switch to a 12MP punch-hole selfie camera, replacing the older waterdrop notch design, which looked very cheap.
At the back, the device features three vertically aligned camera lenses placed on a raised camera island, while the LED flash sits separately beside them. The rear setup could include a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera with support for 4K video recording. The Samsung logo sits at the bottom.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A27 could pack the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset along with a 5,000mAh battery and 25W fast charging support. It is also expected to ship with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 QPR2 out of the box. Like many recent Samsung phones, it should receive long-term software support as well (up to six years).
Other expected specs include Bluetooth 5.1, dual SIM support, NFC, and 5G connectivity. The phone is also listed with a weight of around 200 grams. As for the box contents, Samsung should continue its recent trend. That means no charger in the box. Buyers will get the phone, a USB-C cable, a SIM ejector tool, and some paperwork. Stay tuned for the official launch in the coming months.
