Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event is expected to take place on July 22. The company will unveil its latest foldable smartphones and Wear OS smartwatches at the event. These include the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Fold 8 Ultra, Flip 8, Watch 9, and Watch Ultra 2. Ahead of the announcement, a fresh leak has revealed the European prices for these devices. And you may have already guessed it; the entire lineup is getting a price hike.

Leak reveals alleged European pricing of Samsung’s next foldables and watches

The latest information comes from WinFuture, which says it obtained pricing details from European retailers. If accurate, Samsung’s upcoming foldables will carry noticeable price increases over their predecessors, while the new Galaxy Watch lineup will also debut at premium prices. You can see the full pricing structure below alongside the increase over their respective predecessors:

  • Galaxy Z Fold 8:
    • 256GB: €1,999
    • 512GB: €2,199
    • 1TB: €2,599
  • Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra
    • 256GB: €2,199 (+€100)
    • 512GB: €2,399 (+€180)
    • 1TB: €2,799 (+€280)
  • Galaxy Z Flip 8
    • 256GB: €1,299 (+€100)
    • 512GB: €1,499 (+€180)
  • Galaxy Watch 9
    • 40mm Bluetooth: €409 (+€40)
    • 44mm Bluetooth: €439 (+€30)
    • 40mm LTE: €459 (+€50)
    • 44mm LTE: €489 (+€30)
  • Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
    • LTE: €749 (+€50)

The leaked figures line up with reports suggesting Samsung will increase prices for its 2026 foldables and watches. Rising memory costs and other overheads have put smartphone vendors under pressure, with many other brands already announcing similar hikes. The pricing structure for these devices may not be vastly different in the US.

That said, regional pricing may vary slightly. Moreover, launch promotions, trade-in offers, and free storage upgrades could reduce the effective purchase price in some markets. With the event now just weeks away, Samsung won’t keep the official pricing under wraps for much longer. Until then, it’s worth treating these figures as unofficial, even if they come from a source with a solid track record.
