Samsung to Fix COD Warzone Mobile Issues on Galaxy S24

by | Aug 5, 2024 | Galaxy S, News

Samsung is working on fixing the Call of Duty (COD) Warzone Mobile graphics issues. Some Galaxy S24 users have complained about graphical glitches and low frame rates while playing the popular first-person shooter game. The Korean firm’s software team is investigating the problem and expects to come up with a patch before the end of this month. Samsung also has other gaming performance updates in the pipeline.

Samsung is readying a fix for the Galaxy S24 COD graphics issues

Over the past few weeks, several Galaxy S24 users have reported visual problems with COD Warzone Mobile. They experienced graphical glitches, low frame rates, and other issues affecting their gaming experience. The problems appear to be specifically impacting Galaxy S24 units powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chipset. The same devices with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip have no COD Warzone Mobile performance issues.

This suggested that the flaw is on Samsung’s side rather than the game. The company has confirmed it. Samsung acknowledged that the in-game graphics settings are working fine. It didn’t divulge more information about the root cause of the graphical glitches but revealed that the game optimization team is internally evaluating the problem and working on a fix. A graphics patch will be released as soon as the testing concludes.

While a release date isn’t available yet, Samsung is expected to fix this COD Warzone Mobile problem by the end of this month. It may or may not arrive alongside a fix for the Game Booster notification blast issue. The company will also release One UI 7.0 beta later this month. Among a host of changes, the big update could bring a new Game module to Good Lock. It will allow Galaxy users to customize the game dashboard for a more personalized layout and quicker access. It could help enhance the gaming experience.
