One UI 8.5 Goes Live for Galaxy F15 and Galaxy M34

Samsung has already released One UI 8.5 for a large number of eligible Galaxy devices, with only a handful of models still waiting for the update. The company appears keen to complete the Android 16 QPR2-based rollout as soon as possible and shift its focus to One UI 9. Recently, the Galaxy F15 and Galaxy M34 joined Samsung’s growing list of One UI 8.5 releases.

Samsung has now started rolling out One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy F15 in India. The update arrives with firmware version E156BXXUADZE7 and carries a download size of around 2.5GB. It brings the latest One UI 8.5 features and improvements to the device.

Earlier this week, Samsung also released One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy M34. The update comes with build number M346BXXUCFZE6 and weighs roughly 2.8GB. Just like the Galaxy F15, the rollout is currently limited to India, although it should expand to more regions in the coming days.

The One UI 8.5 software for both devices includes the May 2026 security patch level, which fixes around 40 security vulnerabilities identified by Samsung, Google, and other industry partners.

If you own a Galaxy F15 or Galaxy M34 in India, you can check for the much-awaited update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the update finishes downloading, tap Install now to begin the installation process.

At this point, only a few Galaxy A, M, and F series devices are still waiting for One UI 8.5. Most eligible models have already received the update. If your device has not picked it up yet, you may not have to wait much longer. Samsung appears to be in the final stretch of the rollout and could complete it over the next few weeks as it prepares to focus more heavily on One UI 9 development ahead of its official debut.
