Galaxy Z Fold 8 Appears in Samsung’s Spider-Man Promotional Teaser

Samsung has released a Spider-Man-themed teaser ahead of its Galaxy Unpacked event on July 22. The promotional image appears to show the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 8 featuring a wider book-style foldable design. It is part of the company’s collaboration with Spider-Man: Brand New Day, hitting theaters on July 31.

In a latest post on X, Samsung shared a promotional image showing Spider-Man’s web catching what appears to be the Galaxy Z Fold 8 against a city skyline. The company described it as “the drop of the summer is almost within reach,” while inviting fans to reserve the next Galaxy device ahead of its official launch.

Samsung will hold its summer Galaxy Unpacked event on July 22, 2026, in London. The company is expected to unveil three foldables: Galaxy Z Fold 8, Fold 8 Ultra, and Flip 8. While the teaser does not name the phone, the visible dual rear cameras and cover screen point to the Galaxy Z Fold 8.

Reports suggest the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra may feature the traditional tall-and-narrow book-style design, succeeding the Z Fold 7. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 may use the same folding mechanism but with a shorter and wider form factor. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 8 may succeed the Z Flip 7 with a familiar clamshell design.
