It’s all but confirmed that Samsung will launch three foldables in the coming weeks. Two of them will be book-style foldables, one with a wider form factor than the other. It will reportedly launch as the Galaxy Z Fold 8, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.

Galaxy Z Fold 8 (Wide) just showed up uninvited, revealing rear design

The renders and other clues have already been circulating, but here comes the real banger. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 has apparently been spotted in the wild (h/t Ice Universe), revealing its rear design as well. As the rumors suggested, it features a dual-camera setup on the back and looks wider than the usual Galaxy Fold.

You can see two images where the Galaxy Z Fold 8 is peeking through. To be fair, it’s difficult to make out every detail, as in one of the images, the device is covered in a protective case. Still, the form factor lines up with the leaked dimensions. For reference, according to Ice Universe, it measures 82.2 x 123.9 x 9.8mm. You can check out both images below.

Beyond that, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 will pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. As you may have guessed, it will be the middle child between the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Flip 8, which also explains why it’ll likely be priced lower than the Fold 8 Ultra. It’s expected to come with a 4,400mAh battery and support 45W wired charging.

If you’re planning to pick up the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 8, or Galaxy Z Flip 8 this summer, you can already sign up for our mystery box program.
