Samsung Wallet Brings MARTA Breeze Transit Card Service

Samsung has made commuting easier for people in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The company’s digital wallet app, Samsung Wallet, now supports the MARTA Breeze transit card. This will allow Galaxy users to store and use their transit card right from their phone.
MARTA Breeze card integration simplifies commuting
For the uninitiated, the MARTA Breeze card is a virtual transit card used in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The card now integrates directly with Samsung Wallet, so users can manage and use their transit passes seamlessly. It is worth mentioning that you can also store other passes in the digital platform. These include CobbLinc, Ride Gwinnett, Connect Douglas, and ATL Xpress.
Samsung says the latest version of its Wallet app now lets users issue or digitize a MARTA Breeze card. The best thing is that the process is quite simple, involving just a few steps. Open Samsung Wallet on your Galaxy device, then head to the transit section via All > Transit > Add Transit. Now search for Breeze and select it.
From there, you can either purchase a new digital card or transfer your current card into the app. Note that you must agree to the Terms and Conditions to issue a card. The purchase card will show up in the Quick Access tab or the My Wallet section.
Furthermore, Samsung lets you add money to the card with ease. Look for the “Top Up” button from Quick Access or the Card detail page. Enter the amount and pay using a debit or credit card. One done, you can use your phone to pay for rides by tapping it on a faregate or an orange validator.
Through Samsung Wallet, you can view key details of the transit card, including the card number, remaining balance, and transaction history. This lets you easily keep track of usage in one place. The company also brings the ability to back up the MARTA Breeze card.
