Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy S25 series on January 22 at Galaxy Unpacked. Ahead of the launch, excitement is building every day for the upcoming One UI 7.0 release, which will include advancements in Bixby and a host of new AI features.
In fact, a few days ago, reliable tipster Ice Universe claimed, “Samsung did what Apple didn’t.” If you’re not aware, Apple’s suite of AI features, dubbed Apple Intelligence, was criticized and made headlines for all the wrong reasons. However, that is hopefully not the case with the upcoming One UI 7.0 update. In recent developments, Samsung has teased the Bixby or Galaxy AI capabilities in a short video. I’ll embed the video in the article, so you can watch it as well.
Samsung may have teased Bixby, Galaxy AI’s camera capabilities
The Galaxy S25 series will bring a massive upgrade by integrating Bixby and AI features directly into the camera app. This will allow users to take photos and videos simply by using voice commands, making it easier to capture moments. One of the standout features is the ability to capture stunning night sky photos with a simple voice command, enhancing the phone’s low-light photography capabilities.

The new AI features extend beyond just taking pictures. With voice commands, users can control zoom, capture better low-light shots, and share images instantly using Quick Share. From what it looks like, Samsung is using AI to simply such tasks. So it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that the Galaxy S25 series could be a fine example of how AI can enhance mobile photography. And frankly, I’m sold.
Meanwhile, pre-reservations for the Galaxy S25 series are now open. So, if you plan on getting one for yourself, you might want to pre-reserve to take advantage of additional perks and discounts.
