Samsung Offers Priority Repair Service to Premium TV Owners

Samsung has launched a new support program for customers who own its expensive TVs. Dubbed Premium Plus Priority Service, the new offering promises faster repair and better customer support for eligible TV users. It is currently being rolled out in select European markets.
You can now get faster repairs for Samsung premium TVs
Samsung’s Premium Plus Priority Service aims to facilitate repair time for large and high-end TVs. The service covers 98-inch Crystal UHD 4K TVs (2024), 98-inch Neo QLED 4K TVs (2024, 2025), 100-inch Neo QLED 4K TVs (2025, 2026), 115-inch Neo QLED 4K (2025), 115-inch Micro RGB TVs (2025), and 98-inch Neo QLED 8K TVs (2025).
Eligible customers will now enjoy fast repair support for the most common TV issues. You can expect the issue to be resolved within 24 hours of the repair request. Samsung Authorized Service Centers will keep necessary spare parts, including display panels, prepared. This will allow them to quickly repair the TV, minimizing downtime.
Thanks to the loaner TV service, you can continue enjoying entertainment during the repair period. If the engineer fails to repair the device at the customer’s home, the company will provide a 65-inch TV. Needless to say, the firm will collect the loaner TV once it returns the repaired unit.
Furthermore, the priority service also lets you avail of 24/7 chat support. This will help users receive assistance quickly at any time of the day. “By offering next-business-day repairs and priority support, we ensure that our customers can enjoy their Samsung TVs without interruption,” said a Samsung executive.
Samsung says the Premium Plus Priority Service is already available in Spain from April 2026. The company is now rolling out the service in selected regions starting this month (May 2026). These include France, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, and Greece. The company also plans to bring the service to more countries throughout the year.
