Samsung Begins Firmware Testing for Galaxy F70 Pro

Samsung is expected to launch several new mid-range Galaxy devices later this year. Among them are the Galaxy M47 5G and Galaxy F70 Pro. The Galaxy M47 had already appeared on Samsungโs internal servers earlier. Now the Galaxy F70 Pro has surfaced as well, confirming that the company has started firmware testing for the device.
Galaxy F70 Pro appears on Samsung servers
Samsung introduced its new camera-focused Galaxy F70 series earlier this year. The first model, the Galaxy F70e, has already launched. Now the company seems to be preparing the more premium product in the series, the Galaxy F70 Pro. The device is expected to launch in the second half of this year, potentially as a rebranded version of the Galaxy M47.
Today, the Galaxy F70 Pro was spotted on Samsungโs test servers in regions like India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka with model number SM-E476B. This confirms that Samsung has officially begun internal development for the device. The latest build spotted on servers is E476BXXU0AZD5.
As of now, there is limited information about the deviceโs specifications. However, since Samsung is positioning the F70 series as youth-focused, the Galaxy F70 Pro could offer competitive pricing. It could also feature a Super AMOLED display, a large battery, and a balanced overall package.
Cameras may also be a major highlight, especially considering Samsungโs marketing strategy for the F70 lineup, although exact hardware details remain unclear for now.
Samsung may also be shifting its branding strategy for the M and F series to better appeal to wider audiences. This becomes more noticeable as there are currently no signs of Galaxy F3x or F5x launches this year. Instead, Samsung appears to be focusing on the newer F70 branding. This follows the launch of the Galaxy F70e earlier this year. More details should emerge as development progresses.
