Samsung Browser Users Can Now Access Airbnb Instantly

Samsung Galaxy smartphone users now have a faster way to plan their trips. The company’s mobile web browser now features a new shortcut to Airbnb, letting you access the platform instantly. This should make your travel booking experience more convenient.
Airbnb joins the Quick Access menu in Samsung Browser
Airbnb recently announced that it has teamed up with Samsung to integrate its service into Samsung Browser. The collaboration brings Airbnb to the browser’s Quick Access menu, a feature that helps users open frequently visited websites or useful websites with a single tap.
As a result, you no longer need to search for Airbnb or type in the web address. You just need to simply tap the shortcut icon on the browser’s home screen and then begin exploring listings. The platform offers access to millions of accommodations and diverse travel experiences around the world.
The new shortcut has been rolled out to Samsung Galaxy devices in 49 markets worldwide, including South Korea. The feature has already gained solid early engagement, reaching tens of thousands of daily clicks within the first month of launch. Airbnb expects this move to improve accessibility and make planning trips easier on Galaxy phones.
“It is a meaningful step to get even closer to users, especially in the Korean market where a Samsung Galaxy-based ecosystem is firmly established,” said Seo Ga-yeon, Country Manager of Airbnb Korea. “We will continue to expand collaborations with various domestic partners to provide users with easier and more convenient travel experiences, and continuously strengthen our connections with the domestic travel ecosystem.”
Meanwhile, Samsung recently expanded its browser ecosystem by bringing Samsung Browser for Windows. The desktop version offers several smart features, such as cross-device continuity, letting you start browsing on your phone and continue on a PC. It works on devices running Windows 11 and Windows 10 (version 1809 and above).
