Samsung prepares One UI 8.5 beta release for Galaxy S23 FE
The Galaxy S23 FE has surfaced with its first One UI 8.5 beta build on internal servers. The Korean variant, SM-S711N, has been spotted with the firmware build number S711NKSUEZZD5. Based on past patterns, once test builds appear, the public beta rollout usually follows shortly after. Its successors, the Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy S25 FE, already received the beta earlier. Therefore, it was only a matter of time before the Galaxy S23 FE joined the list.
Samsung typically prepares dedicated beta forum pages a few days before rolling out a beta update. These forums act as a platform for users to share their feedback during the testing phase. Recently, these beta forums for the Galaxy S23 FE have gone live in regions like India, Korea, and the United States. This is another strong indication that the rollout is close.
Through these forums, users can report bugs, suggest improvements, and discuss issues with other beta testers. This helps Samsung identify problems early and improve overall stability before the final stable release. We will let you know as soon as the beta update goes live. Meanwhile, interested users in India, the US, and Korea may keep an eye out for official confirmation on the Samsung Members app.
