After getting glimpses of One UI 8 through internal leaked builds, we now have an opportunity to test it officially. Yes, you read that right, Samsung just opened the One UI 8 beta program. As you might have guessed, not all devices are eligible to participate in the beta program. In this article, we have shared the full list of Galaxy devices eligible for One UI 8 beta, so keep reading.

Here’s the list of Galaxy devices eligible for the One UI 8 beta program

When Samsung launches its beta program, it usually prioritizes its flagship Galaxy S lineup in the first beta wave. The story is no different for the One UI 8 beta. The beta program is live for the Galaxy S25 series.

  • Galaxy S25
  • Galaxy S25+
  • Galaxy S25 Ultra

You may have noticed that the newly launched Galaxy S25 Edge is missing from the list, despite being part of the S25 family. That’s because the phone has yet to hit retail stores, meaning it has not reached a wider audience. But rest assured, it should join the party in the coming weeks.

If Samsung follows previous beta rollout patterns, we can expect the list to expand in the second wave of the beta program. It may include a bunch of devices, including the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy S25 Edge. Eventually, the Korean firm will open the beta program to its mid-range and some older flagship devices as well, though that could take a few weeks.

It is worth noting that having an eligible device does not mean you qualify for the program; you must also be located in one of the eligible countries. As of now, only South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany are included.

As for how to join the beta program, it’s quite simple — open the Samsung Members app and complete the registration process by tapping the Join button. Once enrolled, head over to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
