One UI 7.0 Promises Game-Changing Galaxy Animations

by | Sep 3, 2024 | News, One UI

In July, Samsung unveiled One UI 6.1.1 with major improvements for system animation fluidity and responsiveness. However, the best may have yet to come. The company’s Android 15-based One UI 7.0 allegedly takes things to a whole new level. A reputed tipster says these two versions aren’t just incremental updates; they’re on completely different playing fields. Unfortunately, a beta program still isn’t in sight.

One UI 7.0 may take Galaxy animations to a different level

It’s well-known that Samsung aims to enhance system animation smoothness with One UI 7.0. The company is putting efforts to make the Galaxy experience more fluid. It has revamped the UI and redesigned app icons to give Galaxy phones a new look and feel. Prolific tipster Ice Universe once labeled One UI 7.0 the beginning of a new era for Samsung’s One UI experience. It’s lightyears ahead of One UI 6 in terms of system fluidity.

The same source recently reiterated their claim. “The animation and responsiveness of One UI 6.1.1 cannot be compared with One UI 7 Beta, they are already two different levels,” they posted on X. “You will abandon One UI 6.1.1 in less than a minute after using One UI 7, so don’t expect One UI 6.1.1 too much. Just wait for One UI 7.” Their latest claim makes the One UI 7.0 update one of the most awaited releases for Galaxy users.

Unfortunately, we have to wait longer for a beta program. The tipster says Samsung still hasn’t completed its work on the upcoming big update. One UI 7.0 beta won’t begin anytime soon, certainly not this week. Some wild rumors have hinted at a first beta update in October. That’s a massive delay compared to One UI 6.0 beta last year; it dropped in the second week of August. Hopefully, the wait will be worth it. We will keep you posted with the latest information on One UI 7.0.
