Samsung’s One UI 7.0 beta is finally here, and it’s proving to be well worth the wait. While Galaxy users may have been eager to jump into the new update earlier, the company’s deliberate approach to delay the rollout and address major bugs internally is paying off in spades. This year’s beta software stands out as one of the most polished and stable releases in recent memory.

One UI 7.0 beta feels smooth and highly stable

Beta software is typically plagued with bugs and instability, but that’s not the case with One UI 7.0 beta. Samsung has done a remarkable job of releasing a well-polished first build that feels smooth and highly stable from the moment you install it. Frequent crashes, app glitches, and frustrating freezes — common beta woes — are notably absent. One UI 7.0 beta hardly has any major bugs, which we couldn’t say for earlier One UI beta releases from Samsung.

Whether it’s system functions or third-party apps, everything seems to work as intended. We haven’t noticed any issues with banking and payment apps, Android Auto, or any other feature, making it feel more like a finished product than a testing ground. The smoother system animations and transitions make the experience a lot more fluid and enjoyable. Samsung has upped its game in delivering a seamless and responsive interface. You can check out the video below for more.

While occasional hiccups might arise, the highly stable One UI 7.0 beta looks to set a new standard for software excellence. Samsung’s decision to take its time with the rollout has clearly paid off, delivering a remarkably polished first beta build. With user feedback, the experience is bound to improve further, taking it to even greater heights. We are already excited about what One UI 7.1 will bring to the table. The new version should debut alongside the Galaxy S25 series in January or February next year.
