Samsung has announced exciting updates for its Good Lock customization suite, introducing new features and broader availability with One UI 7.0. In addition to rolling out globally via the Play Store, Good Lock’s modules are receiving significant enhancements. Notable updates include expanded functionality for Home Up, LockStar, Theme Park, MultiStar, and Wonderland, enhancing personalization across home and lock screens. Now, Samsung is also expanding Good Lock’s NotiStar module support to One UI 7.0.
Good Lock’s NotiStar readies for the One UI 7.0 update
Today, the Good Lock development team shared a notice confirming One UI 7.0 support for the NotiStar module. The latest NotiStar update (v7.0.15.0) introduces several improvements, including fixes for notification duplication and layout issues. These problems have hopefully been resolved.
The latest version of Good Lock’s NotiStar module has already begun rolling out in Korea. In the coming days, you can expect a wider rollout. Which means it will reach other regions via the Galaxy Store. Users running the One UI 7.0 beta on a Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, or Galaxy S24 Ultra will soon gain access to the app.
Samsung previously confirmed that 15 of the 22 Good Lock modules are already compatible with One UI 7. The remaining updates, including popular modules like Home Up and LockStar, are expected before One UI 7.0’s stable release alongside the Galaxy S25 series launch later this month.
If you wish, you can download the Good Lock’s NotiStar module (v7.0.15.0) by installing a shared APK file. However, this is not recommended, as such files may contain bugs. It’s best to wait for a wider rollout rather than rushing into early adoption. The One UI 7.0 update will be available to more devices following the Galaxy S25 launch on January 22.
