Just before Samsung pulls the curtain back on the Galaxy S25 series, the technical specs have already leaked. Interestingly, we’ve seen the full specs before, but this latest leak gives us even more details. For starters, the Galaxy S25 series, set to launch on January 22, will include the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. All models will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset.

Galaxy S25 series technical specs leak ahead of the Unpacked event

For the most part, we’ve learned just about everything there is to know about the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. We might know the storage options, colors, screen sizes, processor, battery capacities, camera specs, dimensions, and weight. The latest report (via @MysteryLupin) backs up most of what we’ve heard so far, with a few extra details on some features. I’ll drop the technical spec sheet for the Galaxy S25 series in the middle of the story. You can check it out for yourself.

Some rumors suggest the Galaxy S25 Ultra could come with 16GB of RAM. However, this is the second time we’ve heard that it could actually have 12GB of RAM instead. You’ll want to treat this info as fairly likely until Samsung finally lifts the veil next week. Perhaps the 16GB RAM variant won’t be available globally.

The latest report also points out that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a titanium frame, while the S25 and S25+ will stick with aluminum. Another takeaway is that while the previous rumors suggested Wi-Fi 7 on all three phones, the new report says Galaxy S25 and S25+ will settle for Wi-Fi 6E.

What’s definitely confirmed, though, is that all the new phones will run Android 15-based One UI 7.0 right out of the box. And speaking of the box, don’t expect any charging adapters. On the bright side, we now know wireless charging support is a go. It’ll be Qi2 wireless charging, though it may require additional accessories.

Pre-reservations for the Galaxy S25 series are already live, so if you’re interested, now’s your last shot at winning $5,000 from Samsung for a lucky few. For everyone else, you’ll get a $50 credit from Samsung and a free premium wallpaper pack from us. Plus, a guaranteed Mystery Box with every eligible purchase.
