Samsung seems to have resolved the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro’s quality issues. The company has resumed shipping its new premium wireless earbuds after suspending shipments almost immediately after the launch last month. Several early buyers in the US and Europe have reported receiving the buds recently. Shipments may have also resumed in other regions.

Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earbuds are shipping again

Launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 last month, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are Samsung’s best wireless earbuds yet. They sport a new stemmed design (new for Galaxy Buds) with some original design elements to differentiate from Apple’s AirPods — looking at you, Blade Lights and angular stem. The new buds sound great too, while Galaxy AI makes them smart.

Unfortunately, the buds didn’t have a great market introduction. Several people who pre-ordered the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro received defective items. The wireless earphones had various build quality defects. Some found the stock ear tips too fragile, while others noticed uneven gaps and poor finishing on the body. A few buyers also received the buds with misaligned Blade Lights.

The quality control issues were so widespread that Samsung halted sales and suspended shipments for pending orders. The company said it’s working on improving its quality control process for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Samsung also started rechecking the units that had already passed quality checks. It appears the firm has addressed the issues as shipments have resumed in several markets.

Around July 20, Samsung’s US website said the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will ship on August 28. However, it has already started shipping the buds, suggesting the problem has been resolved. Some buyers have received their units, while others are seeing an earlier shipping date than originally mentioned. Hopefully, Samsung has fully addressed the issues, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free experience for all buyers.
