Samsung has been on a roll with One UI 8.5 this week, releasing the update for many Galaxy devices across several regions. Among the latest devices joining the rollout are the Galaxy A07 5G and Galaxy Tab A11. Many more are expected to receive the update in the coming days.

Galaxy A07 5G and Galaxy Tab A11 get One UI 8.5

Samsung has begun rolling out One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy A07 5G in several Southeast Asian markets, including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan. The update arrives with firmware version A076BXXU3BZE3 and becomes the device’s first feature update since it launched with One UI 8 out of the box. As of now, there is still no information regarding the standard Galaxy A07, but it should pick up the update soon as well.

Samsung has also pushed the One UI 8.5 update for the standard Galaxy Tab A11, following the larger Tab A11+, which received it earlier. The rollout has started in Samsung’s home country, South Korea, and should gradually expand to more regions over the next few days.

Interestingly, One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy Tab A11 comes with build number X135NKOU4BZE7. The fourth-last character in Samsung’s firmware version indicates major software releases. Since One UI 8 on the device already uses the letter “B,” Samsung would normally move to “C” for One UI 8.5. However, it looks like the company has taken a different route here.

If you own a Galaxy A07 5G or Galaxy Tab A11, it is worth checking for the update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the update appears and finishes downloading, tap Install now, and your device will begin installing the latest software. Since the rollout began recently, it could take a while for the update to reach everyone.
