Samsung rolled out the stable One UI 8.5 update for the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S10 FE series in Korea last week. Now, the company has expanded the rollout to its standard Galaxy Tab S10 lineup. The Galaxy Tab A11 series also joins the party today.

One UI 8.5 now live for Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab A11 series

Samsung’s 2024 flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, are now receiving the much-awaited stable One UI 8.5 update in South Korea. The release comes with firmware versions ending in DZE3. The update size is around 4.1 GB, depending on the variant.

Additionally, the Galaxy Tab A11+ is picking up One UI 8.5 too. The new build version for this model is BZE8. The standard Tab A11 should get the update soon.

One UI 8.5 brings plenty of new changes to Galaxy devices. Samsung has refreshed the Quick Settings panel and updated the interface of core apps like Phone, Camera, and My Files. The company has also expanded its rounded pill-shaped design language across the system, giving One UI a cleaner and more polished look.

If you own a Galaxy Tab S10 or Tab A11 series device in Korea, it is worth checking for the update by heading over to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the update appears and finishes downloading, tap Install now. Your tablet will reboot and install all the latest One UI 8.5 changes.

As for Samsung’s previous-generation flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9 series could start receiving the stable update sometime next week if the current rollout pace continues. If things stay on track, the company could wrap up the update for all eligible Galaxy devices, including budget models, by the end of July. We’ll keep you informed with the latest rollout news.
