Samsung is keeping us on tenterhooks longer than ever for One UI 7.0. Black Friday is just around the corner, and we’re still in the dark about when the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 beta will officially start rolling out. The SDC Korea event wasn’t of any help either. However, if a new rumor holds any weight, we may already know the One UI 7.0 beta release timeline.
One UI 7.0 first public beta rollout could start in the first week of December
@FamilyTaes (via SamMobile) shared what seems to be the alleged release timeline for One UI 7.0. According to which, the One UI 7 beta could first, as expected, hit the Galaxy S24 series in the first week of December.
They suggest that One UI 7.0 beta won’t be coming to the Galaxy S23 series at the same time and will take at least two or three weeks, which brings us to mid-December or the third week of December, if not earlier.
Regarding the Galaxy S22 series, it’s still unclear whether it will receive One UI 7.0 beta or miss out, but they hypothesize that the S21 series won’t get any beta update.
Given how disappointed Samsung has left us with the delayed One UI 7.0 beta, this release timeline seems plausible for now. But remember, it’s not official, so you should take this with a grain of salt.
When will the One UI 7.0 stable version land?
Typically, Samsung releases the stable version after two months of beta testing to iron out any bugs or improve features that may not perform well in the beta version.
We expect the stable version of One UI 7.0 to be released during the Galaxy Unpacked event, where Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 series. Several new features are coming to One UI 7.0, so let’s hope the wait is worthwhile. Are you planning to run the beta on your device?
