One of my biggest complaints with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE was its pricing. Samsung’s first Fan Edition foldable is a solid device, but at its original asking price, it felt like a tough sell. Thankfully, that’s no longer the case.
Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE drops to $599.99, and it’s hard to ignore
Amazon is currently offering the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE with 256GB of storage for just $599.99, which is a massive 40% discount off the phone’s $999.99 MSRP. Better yet, this isn’t the entry-level 128GB model. You’re getting the roomier 256GB variant for a price that finally makes a lot more sense.
At $599.99, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE becomes one of the easiest foldables to recommend. It delivers the signature clamshell experience Samsung is known for without forcing buyers to spend flagship money.
Speaking of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, it features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X folding display with a 120Hz refresh rate, paired with a 3.4-inch cover screen that lets you check notifications, control music, and handle quick tasks without unfolding the device.
Under the hood, Samsung equipped the Flip 7 FE with the Exynos 2400 processor, 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. It also packs a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP selfie shooter.
Of course, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 offers a few upgrades, including a larger cover display and newer hardware, but those differences are much easier to overlook when the FE model drops to under $600.
Long story short, this deal fixes the biggest issue we had with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. At its original price, it was hard to justify. At $599.99, it’s a different story altogether. If you’ve been waiting for an affordable way to get into Samsung’s foldable ecosystem, this deal is definitely worth a look.
