Samsung is making it a little easier for budget-conscious 5G smartphone buyers in the US. The company has quietly discounted the Galaxy A17, shaving $25 off its regular retail price for a limited time. The Galaxy A57, which sits on the other side of the Galaxy A spectrum, also gets a fresh deal with a substantial price cut.

Samsung Galaxy A17 and A57 are now cheaper in the US

The Galaxy A17 is already Samsung’s most affordable 5G smartphone in the US, and this latest deal makes it an even better value proposition for anyone looking for a capable everyday device without spending hundreds of dollars. Launched earlier this year with a starting price of $199.99, the device is now available for $174.99 only.

If you want something better, the Galaxy A57 is the most powerful Galaxy A model Samsung offers. It’s the next best phone after the company’s Galaxy S series flagships. The Galaxy A57 was also launched earlier this year, priced at $549.99. But you can currently get it at just $489.99, a flat $60 discount. The same discount applies to the 256GB variant as well, dropping it down to $549.99.

These discounts are applied instantly at checkout, meaning there’s no need to trade in an old device, activate a new line, or meet any other special requirements. Simply add the phone to your cart on Samsung’s online store, and the reduced price should appear automatically.

Of course, if you trade in your old phone, you can save up to $180 more, depending on the device you purchase, as well as the model and condition of the phone you trade in. However, as with all such deals, the discount is only available for a limited time. Interested buyers may want to act sooner rather than later if they’re considering a Galaxy A17 or Galaxy A57.
