Samsung continues to dominate the global soundbar market thanks to its solid audio product lineup. The company has retained the top spot in this space for 12 years in a row. This shows its effort to offer better sound quality and seamless TV integration for next-level home entertainment.

Samsung solidifies its hold with a bunch of new audio offerings

According to data from Future Source, Samsung secured 21.5% of global soundbar revenue and 19.7% of unit sales in 2025. These figures make the company the leader in the global soundbar market. The firm has been maintaining this rank since 2014.

“At Samsung, we take special pride in our soundbar brand and see it as a way to bring premium sound experiences to homes everywhere,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics. “Being named the top soundbar brand in the world for the 12th consecutive year is not just a tremendous honor, but a testament to our commitment to premium home entertainment.”

Meanwhile, Samsung has remained in the top spot in the global TV market for two decades. This shows the firm’s efforts to create a complete home entertainment hub that includes advanced display technology and audio solutions. This year, it introduced two new Soundbar models: HW-Q990H and HW-QS90H. They offer an immersive and cinematic audio experience.

The former is the most advanced model with an 11.1.4-channel system that blends a main soundbar, rear speakers, and a compact subwoofer. The latter is a 7.1.2-channel all-in-one soundbar with a versatile design and solid performance.

Furthermore, Samsung has introduced two new Wi-Fi speakers: Music Studio 7 (LS70H) and Music Studio 5 (LS50H). These speakers offer great audio quality for music streaming and day-to-day listening. However, the company has yet to make the new soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers available in the US. We’ll let you know once they hit the store stateside.
