Samsung has expanded its audio lineup for 2026, taking home entertainment to the next level. The company has launched next-generation soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers, along with improved multi-device connectivity. It will showcase these innovations at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9.

Samsung’s new sound systems offer cinematic audio experiences

Samsung’s 2026 Q-Series soundbar lineup includes two models: HW-Q990H and HW-QS90H. These soundbars bring cinematic sound to modern homes, offering richer immersion for different room sizes and listening needs. Speaking of the HW-Q990H, it is an 11.1.4-channel system that combines a 7.0.2 main bar, 4.0.2 rear speakers, and a compact dual 8-inch active subwoofer.

The soundbar delivers Samsung’s most immersive sound experience yet, with next-generation AI tuning that further expands the sound field. It introduces Sound Elevation technology that places dialogue closer to the center of the screen for a more natural-sounding audio experience. Moreover, Auto Volume offers consistent sound levels across different content and channels.

Now coming to the HW-QS90H (7.1.2-channel system), it is the company’s new All-in-One soundbar that combines performance with aesthetic versatility. This model features a Convertible Fit design, allowing it to be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a wall. There is a built-in gyro sensor that automatically adjusts the channel distribution based on its orientation.

Apart from soundbars, the company also introduces Music Studio 7 (LS70H) and Music Studio 5 (LS50H) Wi-Fi speakers. The LS70H is the company’s most immersive model in the Music Studio series. The model offers 3.1.1-channel spatial audio through left, front, right, and top-firing speakers. It also supports Hi-Resolution Audio, allowing audio processing up to 24-bit/96kHz.

As for the LS50H, it is a perfect speaker for homes where aesthetics are as important as sound quality. The speaker delivers balanced audio using a 4-inch woofer and dual tweeters with a built-in waveguide. Thanks to AI Dynamic Bass Control, it improves low frequencies without distortion.

Furthermore, Samsung has improved its Q-Symphony technology, allowing TVs, soundbars, and Wi-Fi speakers to work as a unified sound ecosystem. Likewise, SmartThings offers a single interface to control sound settings, manage group playback, and more.
