At CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Samsung showcased its latest TV lineup — Neo QLED 4K, Neo QLED 8K, and OLED TVs. Two months later, the new TVs are set to go on pre-order, starting in South Korea on Wednesday. The latest flagship models offer improvements in picture quality, AI features, and smart home integration.

Pre-orders for Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED, OLED TVs come with many perks!

The Neo QLED series now includes seven models, offering both 4K and 8K options. The QNF990 and QNF900 are 8K models, while the QNF95, QNF90, QNF85, QNF80, and QNF70 are 4K models. Additionally, the SF95 OLED (77-inch) is part of the OLED lineup.

Samsung’s 2025 TV lineup brings a bunch of AI-powered features, including Click to Search (basically Circle to Search but for TVs), Home Insight, Home Monitoring and Live Translate.

In South Korea, pre-orders for Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED and OLED TVs can be placed through Coupang, Gmarket, Naver, Samsung Store, Samsung.com, and 11st. Prices for some of these high-end models are as follows.

  • QNF990 Neo QLED 8K (85-inch) – KRW 16.2 million (~$11,097)
  • QNF90 Neo QLED 4K (98-inch) – KRW 13 million (~$8,911)
  • SF95 OLED (77-inch) – KRW 8.99 million (~$6,159)

As pre-order perks, customers getting the 98-inch QNF990 Neo QLED 8K will receive a 42-inch OLED TV (SF90) for free. Samsung is also offering discounts on accessories like the Slim Fit Wall Mount, Slim Fit Camera, and HW-Q930F soundbar. Additionally, Neo QLED buyers will get a 12-month free Samsung Art Store subscription. Meanwhile, OLED customers will receive a 3-month TVING subscription. The 2025 lineup is a good example of why Samsung continues to top the Premium TV market.
