Samsung Internet Beta Gets Stability Boost with Latest Update (APK Download)

by | Aug 22, 2024 | News, Samsung Apps, Updates

Samsung has rolled out a new update for Samsung Internet Beta. The update introduces version 27.0.0.39 and brings some bug fixes and performance improvements for enhanced functional stability. It follows a major beta update earlier this month with a handful of new features. The stable version of the browser app is yet to pick up these changes.

Samsung Internet Beta update improves functional stability

A couple of weeks ago, Samsung released beta version 27.0.0.26 of its browser app, introducing a search function for Settings and end-to-end encryption for synced data. It also made a few other changes to the app. The latest beta update now fixes some bugs that possibly sneaked through the last time around. It should improve the overall experience for Samsung Internet Beta users.

The updated version is already available on the Galaxy Store widely. If it isn’t showing up for you, wait a few days and check again. You can use this link to directly jump to the Samsung Internet Browser Beta app listing on the Galaxy Store. Alternatively, you can open the Store, go to the Menu tab on the bottom bar, and select Updates. Note that this update won’t appear for stable Samsung Internet users.

You can also sideload an APK for Samsung Internet Beta from third-party stores, though it isn’t the safest option. APKMirror has already listed the new beta version on its website. Samsung is expected to roll out these changes to the stable version of its mobile browser in the coming weeks. We will let you know when the rollout begins. You always have the option to manually check for updates on the Galaxy Store. You should always keep apps updated to receive the latest features and security enhancements.
