The newly launched Galaxy Z TriFold is one of Samsung’s most ambitious smartphones yet, but it won’t be available worldwide. The company plans to sell the device in just six markets: South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, the UAE, and the United States. Official pricing is now available for the first five, and the differences are notable. If you’re considering importing the TriFold, here’s where you can buy it for the lowest price.

Galaxy Z TriFold prices revealed for more markets, the US next

From the outset, the Galaxy Z TriFold was never meant to be affordable. Samsung’s first triple-panel foldable was always going to sit at the very top of the price ladder. While we don’t know its US price yet, we now have official figures for other markets. Here’s how much it costs in the five markets where Samsung has released the phone or launched pre-orders:

  • South Korea: KRW 3,590,400 (approx. $2,425)
  • China: CNY 19,999 (approx. 2,845)
  • Taiwan: TWD 89,900 (approx. $2,854)
  • Singapore: SGD 3,988 (approx. $3,100)
  • The UAE: AED 11,999 (approx. $3,268)

As you can see, the Galaxy Z TriFold costs the least in Samsung’s home country, South Korea. The device is priced at KRW 3,599,000, which converts to roughly $2,425 at the current currency exchange rate (on December 23, 2025). The US price is expected to be around $2,500 too. While pretty expensive, that’s reasonable pricing considering that the Fold 7 starts at $1,999.

Note that these are MSRPs for the 16GB+512GB variant of the Galaxy Z TriFold in the respective markets (it also comes in a 16GB+1TB configuration in some regions). You may score some discounts through promotional offers. However, if you are importing the device, shipping charges and customs fees may quickly add up to a hefty sum. Hopefully, Samsung has plans to release the TriFold in more markets in 2026. Stay tuned for the US launch early next year.
