Galaxy S26’s Audio Eraser Enables Real-Time Noise Reduction

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series ships with the next-generation Galaxy AI suite, bringing more refined smart features. One of the key advancements is the improved Audio Eraser tool, which now supports real-time noise reduction. This means you can enjoy clearer sound instantly while watching videos across various streaming platforms.
Audio Eraser now works as a real-time sound filtering tool
Samsung first introduced Audio Eraser for editing saved content on the Galaxy S25 series. The company later improved the feature, supporting playback adjustments in native apps like Video Player and Voice Recorder. These advancements first arrived on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. Now, the newly launched Galaxy S26 series takes things a step further with real-time audio control.
Samsung has integrated an AI sound engine directly into the system to improve the Audio Eraser. As a result, the tool can offer real-time sound filtering and optimization for live content. Simply put, it can reduce distracting background noise while you watch videos on a streaming platform, delivering a clear listening experience.
Samsung lets you control the Audio Eraser directly from the Quick Panel. This means you can easily adjust noise and reduce distractions without interrupting your watching experience. Thanks to the Strength slider, you can control the noise reduction level. There is also a Voice Focus option that lets you make speech clearer in noisy environments.
Audio Eraser can also separate sound into six layers in real time. These include voice, music, wind, nature, crowd, and other noises. The latest enhancement supports popular third-party apps like YouTube, Instagram, and Netflix.
All things considered, the Galaxy S26 offers a more personalized listening experience. Meanwhile, Samsung has made the 2026 flagship lineup more appealing with better pricing. You can get a $100 discount on the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+. The most advanced Galaxy S26 Ultra is now available with a $200 discount.
