We’re in March, and Samsung has outlined what changes the March 2026 security update will bring. However, at the moment, it’s busy rolling out the February 2026 security update to the eligible devices. A bunch of Galaxy devices have received the latest patch, but a lot remain. In the latest, Galaxy S24 (Exynos) is picking up February 2026 security update.

Samsung is now rolling out the February 2026 security update to Exynos-powered Galaxy S24 units in Europe. The build version is S921BXXSDCZB2, and the update weighs in at around 316 MB. It joins the Snapdragon variants, which have also been receiving the latest security patch.

The update may not be available in all regions just yet. Samsung typically rolls out updates in phases. Korea often gets them first, followed by other markets. Now that the broader international rollout has started, it should not be long before it reaches more regions.

The February 2026 security update includes patches for more than 37 vulnerabilities. Of these, 27 are high-severity Android issues, while the rest are Samsung-specific SVEs. Google’s fixes address the core Android system, and Samsung’s patches apply to Galaxy firmware. The bottom line is simple: install the update as soon as it becomes available.

If you own the Exynos 2400-powered Galaxy S24, you can check for the update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once it’s downloaded, tap Install now. The process may take a few minutes, after which your device will restart with the latest security patch installed.
