Spotify users can now pin five times more favorites in their Library

The biggest update is that Spotify now lets users pin up to 20 items at the top of the Library tab. That’s a huge jump from the old limit of just four pinned artists, albums, or playlists. Spotify announced the change on X. It’s great news for anyone with a massive collection who wants quicker access to favorite content.

The higher pin limit appears to have been rolling out gradually before Spotify made it official. That explains why some users spotted more than four pinned items in recent weeks. Now that the feature has been formally announced, users can take full advantage of the expanded limit without wondering if it was just a test.

Pinned items stay at the very top of your Library, making it much easier to jump into your favorite music. It’s a simple feature, but it can make a world of difference for people who use Spotify every day. Sometimes the smallest tweaks end up stealing the show.
