Leaked Galaxy S24 FE Unboxing Video Bares it all Before Launch

Samsung has long struggled to prevent leaks of its upcoming devices, and the situation seems to be getting worse. Following a string of Galaxy S24 FE leaks spilling the specs, features, and even potential pricing, an official-looking unboxing video for the phone has appeared online. The latest leak reveals everything, just days ahead of its official launch.

The Galaxy S24 FE leaked in an unboxing video before the launch

Noted leaker Evan Blass, aka evleaks, recently posted an unboxing video for the Galaxy S24 FE on X. It appears to be an official video from Samsung and details the phone’s key specs and upgrades. As rumored before, the new Fan Edition phone will be available in five colors: Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint, and Yellow. It features a premium design similar to the Galaxy S24.

The Galaxy S24 FE has a 50MP primary rear camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens, an 8MP 3x zoom camera, and a 10MP selfie shooter. Samsung calls it the “most powerful camera ever” in the FE series. However, unless the company has introduced new sensors with unchanged resolutions, it’s the same camera setup as the Galaxy S23 FE. Nothing has changed.

That said, the Galaxy S24 FE can benefit from an advanced processor and other upgrades to capture better photos and videos. It boasts ProVisual Engine touted to produce “stunning low-light portraits”. Speaking of the processor, Samsung offers an all-new Exynos 2400e globally, including in the US. It’s a slightly underclocked version of the Galaxy S24’s Exynos 2400.

The powerful new chipset is coupled with a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with an enhanced peak brightness of 1,900 nits. Samsung also offers a bigger battery (4,700mAh) but keeps the charging speed unchanged at 25W. The device has an aluminum body with the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front and back. It also boasts IP68 dust and water resistance. The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to go official on September 26, so just two more days of waiting.
