A few days ago, Samsung debuted its affordable Android tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. The company said the device will go on sale on September 4, but didn’t reveal its pricing for the US market. We now know the tablet’s starting price stateside, and it’s quite budget-friendly.

How much will the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite cost in the US?

The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite comes with two memory configurations for both the Wi-Fi and 5G versions: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. According to a report from Engadget, the base Wi-Fi option will cost $349 in the US. Unfortunately, there is still no information on pricing for the 5G version and the higher-end option.

In comparison, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE starts at $500, while the S10 Ultra costs $980. This suggests that the Korean firm has positioned the Lite model as the most affordable tablet in the current lineup. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite features a 10.9-inch screen with a peak brightness of up to 600 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate. The tablet measures 6.6 mm in thickness and weighs 1.15 lb (around 521 g).

The company also ships an S Pen with the tablet, allowing for precise note-taking and creative tasks. The device comes with a bunch of AI features to make tasks easier. For example, Circle to Search lets you quickly find and translate information from anywhere on the screen, while the Galaxy AI Key on the Book Cover Keyboard gives quick access to AI assistance.

The tablet’s enhanced Exynos 1380 chipset can handle split-screen multitasking easily, offering PC-like productivity anywhere. It packs an 8,000 mAh battery that provides up to 16 hours of video playback time. Thanks to the 25W super-fast charging capability, you can power the cell from 0% to 100% in just 120 minutes. We will let you know when Samsung announces the full pricing structure of the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite for the US market.
