Smartprix, in collaboration with OnLeaks, published the CAD renders of the Galaxy S25 Slim. According to previous leaks, it could be just 6.4mm thick and come with some major camera upgrades. There’s also talk that the Galaxy S25 Slim’s screen could measure between 6.7 and 6.8 inches. For context, the upcoming Galaxy S25+ could feature a 6.7-inch display. As we can see in the CAD renders, the Galaxy S25 Slim is shaping up to be one of the thinnest phones out there. It’s going to face some stiff competition from the iPhone 17 Air, which is also rumored to launch this year. While the iPhone 17 Air may have the edge when it comes to thickness, rumors suggest it might not quite match the S25 Slim’s camera capabilities.
