Samsung Opens Odyssey Gaming Monitor Experience Zone at Nexon’s Maple Agit

Samsung has opened an Odyssey gaming monitor experience zone at Nexon’s Maple Agit. This will let you experience the Korean firm’s cutting-edge gaming monitors while enjoying popular games. The zone will be available for five years, starting from Monday, November 3.

Samsung has collaborated with Nexon to create an experience zone at Maple Hideout

Located near Exit 4 of Gangnam Station on the Shinbundang Line, Nexon’s Maple Hideout is a flagship gaming space. The venue covers about 200 pyeong (about 660 square meters) with a capacity of 177 gaming seats. Samsung has installed every seat with its Odyssey gaming monitors for an immersive gaming experience.

The experience zone features a bunch of areas, such as the Odyssey Zone, Team Room, and Premium Room. In the Odyssey Zone, you can try out two flagship gaming monitors: the Odyssey 3D and the Odyssey OLED G8. The former is Korea’s first glasses-free 3D gaming monitor that uses eye tracking and view mapping technologies. The latter offers an upgraded gaming experience with 4K resolution, a 240Hz refresh rate, and a response speed of 0.03ms.

In the Team Room, you can enjoy team play with up to five friends using the Odyssey OLED G6. This model is the world’s first gaming monitor with a 500Hz refresh rate, enabling incredibly smooth motion. Meanwhile, the Premium Room features the Odyssey OLED G8 alongside a 77-inch Samsung OLED (SF95) TV, allowing you to enjoy both PC and console gaming in one place.

Other spaces include the General Zone and the MD Goods Store. The former lets you enjoy games with the Odyssey G7 monitor, while the latter allows you to experience the “MapleStory M” mobile game on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Furthermore, Samsung is offering lots of perks for visitors, such as a discount coupon worth up to 4% for Odyssey gaming monitors. If you are one of the 15 lucky customers who purchase a gaming monitor using the coupon, you will get a MapleStory keyring.
