Samsung appears to have ramped up its preparations for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE launch. The lineup includes the Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+, and both have been spotted across various certification sites recently. Most recently, they appeared in the BIS and 3C databases in India and China. This follows previous certifications from the FCC and other regulatory agencies.
Galaxy Tab S10 series picks up more regulatory certifications ahead of launch
India’s BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and China’s 3C (China Compulsory Certificate, aka CCC) certified both Wi-Fi and cellular (5G) versions of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+. The former carries the model numbers SM-X520 (Wi-Fi) and SM-X526B (5G), while the latter bears the identifies SM-X620 (Wi-Fi) and SM-X626B (5G).
As usual, these certification listings do not reveal much about the devices. However, they confirm the impending launch of the unannounced products in the respective markets. As mentioned above, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series previously appeared on other certification platforms like SGS, FCC, and Bluetooth SIG, revealing key specifications in the process.
There has been no dearth of leaks either, including an exclusive from SammyGuru. We teamed up with OnLeaks to provide you the first look at the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+. The upcoming Fan Edition tablets will be Samsung’s mid-range propositions and sit below the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra introduced last year.
As far as the launch date is concerned, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series could debut in mid-2025. Samsung will host its second Unpacked sometime in July or August to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and more products. The new tablets may accompany them. Or maybe Samsung plans to launch them separately, we’ll have to wait and see. It is rumored to unveil the Galaxy S25 Edge next month.
