Samsung Adds Dedicated Galaxy AI Button to Tab S10 Keyboards

AI is quickly becoming a core part of our mobile experience, and Samsung is making a bold move to embrace it even further. The company is introducing a dedicated Galaxy AI button on its Bluetooth keyboards and Galaxy Tab S10‘s keyboard covers, signaling its commitment to AI-driven features. The new tablets and keyboard are expected to arrive later this year.

Galaxy Tab S10’s keyboards have a dedicated Galaxy AI key

Samsung makes two types of keyboard accessories for different purposes. Its Bluetooth keyboards work with Windows and Mac PCs, as well as in the DeX environment. The company also sells keyboard covers for high-end tablets. These are protective covers with an attached keyboard and support system that allow you to use the tablet as an Android computer.

Noted tipster Roland Quandt of Winfuture recently received confirmation from trusted sources about Samsung’s plans to integrate a Galaxy AI button into its keyboard accessories. While he doesn’t have access to the actual keyboards or images showing the new button, the tipster created mockup images based on insider information. You can see them below.

The dedicated Galaxy AI button is expected to sit next to the space bar, on the right side. It features the familiar Galaxy AI “sparkle” logo. At this point, there is no word on what the button will exactly do. Samsung might be looking to streamline access to AI tools via a dedicated button, making it easier for users to interact with their devices in smarter, more intuitive ways.

The Tab S10 series may consist of only two models instead of three — there may not be a base model. It’s unclear if Samsung’s official keyboards for both the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra will feature the AI button. Rumors say the new tablets will go official in October, so not a long time to go. We might soon come across more leaks about the devices. But one thing is clear, Samsung has big ambitions for Galaxy AI.
