Google Launches $100 AI Ultra Plan, Top Tier Now $200

Google has shaken up its AI subscription lineup to offer more flexible choices. The company introduced a new $100 AI Ultra plan while also reducing the price of its top-tier option to $200 per month. This allows power users to enjoy high-end AI tools at a relatively lower cost.

Google splits its AI Ultra subscription into two tiers

Google’s AI subscription lineup now includes a total of four tiers: AI Plus, AI Pro, AI Ultra 5x, and AI Ultra 20x. As you can see, the company has now split its premium Ultra offering into two tiers. The 5x Ultra costs $100 per month, positioning it above the Pro plan.

As for the 20x Ultra, it remains the top tier in the AI subscription lineup, though at a reduced price. The company has lowered the monthly cost from $250 to $200. This makes it slightly more affordable for heavy users while keeping advanced features intact.

Speaking of the benefits of the new $100 AI Ultra plan, it offers a 5x higher usage limit in the Gemini app and Google Antigravity than the Pro plan. The plan also comes with Gemini 3.5 Flash integration for fast testing, debugging, and iteration. Moreover, it gives priority access to Google Antigravity, a platform that lets users build applications. You get 20TB of cloud storage.

The best part is that YouTube Premium is a part of the plan, so you do not need to pay separately for it. Google says its 5X Ultra plan is “specifically tailored for developers, technical leads, knowledge workers and advanced creators.”

Now, coming to the $200 AI Ultra plan, you get a 20X higher usage limit in the Gemini app and Google Antigravity than the Pro plan. However, one of the key exclusive features of this tier is Project Genie. It is an experimental research prototype that lets users create and explore worlds.
