Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE Does Have a Carrier Option in the US — But Only via Boost Mobile

Major US carriers, such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, appear to have sat out Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, forcing most buyers to pick an unlocked unit. However, if you prefer buying a device through a carrier’s payment plan, there is an option in the US. Boost Mobile is now taking pre-orders for the new affordable foldable.

Boost Mobile is the only US carrier selling the Galaxy Z Flip 7 F, for now

Samsung’s 2025 foldable models — Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and Z Flip 7 FE — are currently available for pre-order on Samsung’s website. However, the company is only selling the regular foldables with both unlocked and carrier options. The Fan Edition model is only offered unlocked, which may limit purchasing flexibility for customers.

The good news is that you can now pre-order the Z Flip 7 FE from Boost Mobile, the only US carrier currently offering the device. Boost Mobile is offering the clamshell foldable for just $25 per month with a 36-month financing plan. Furthermore, if you place an order for a one-time payment, you will receive one year of free service from the carrier.

With a starting price of just $899, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE makes foldable technology more accessible for a wider audience. The device arrives with a similar design language to last year’s Galaxy Z Flip 6, with a few under-the-hood changes. It features the Exynos 2400 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. There are also changes in memory configuration as well — the base model now comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. As for the software, it comes with the new One UI 8 out of the box.

We don’t quite agree with Samsung’s pricing for the phone, but it’s still a decent pick. If you are eyeing the budget-friendly clamshell foldable and prefer the unlocked version, you can pre-order it directly from Samsung’s online store.
