Complete the verification form to receive your mystery box

Once your pre-order for the Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic, or Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) is complete, you’ll need to fill out a short verification form to claim your free gifts. The form will ask for the following:

• A screenshot of your Samsung order showing the device (please do not include your order number or billing information)
