WhatsApp will make it easier to share media with other apps
As WABetaInfo reports, the WhatsApp beta v2.24.14.20 update introduces a new feature that allows you to forward and share messages and media across multiple apps using your Galaxy device or any Android phone. The feature will take a few weeks to be rolled out to more users or to appear in a stable version.
The latest beta version, currently under development, features a new bottom bar interface in WhatsApp that shows users dedicated options for forwarding messages or media directly to Meta-owned Instagram and Facebook, as well as X (formerly Twitter) and Snapchat. The design is likely to remind you of the options available when sharing an Instagram reel, which may be where it draws inspiration from.
