But as always, the juiciest details tend to surface just a week or two before the big launch. Though, of course, we might want you to take these with a grain of salt… or maybe not! I’m happy to report that we’ve come across a bunch of leaked official renders of the Galaxy S25 series.
Galaxy S25 official renders have leaked revealing all the shades
Our friends over at Android Headlines have leaked more than 75 official renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, giving us the clearest look yet. To top it off, they’ve also shared the full spec sheet for the entire S25 series. We’ve put together a handy table so you can soak up all the details in one go. And make comparisons easier.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to drop in Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver. As for the Galaxy S25 and S25+, they’re likely to come in Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow colors.

Samsung Galaxy S25 is shaping up to be the compact choice for buyers. According to the latest leaks, it will come with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, boasting a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. These renders reveal a triple-camera setup on the back, which could include a 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto lens. Up front, you’ll find a 12MP sensor. The device measures 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2mm and weighs around 162g.
Galaxy S25+ design and colors
If the Galaxy S25 feels a bit too small for you and you’re craving a larger screen, the Galaxy S25+ might be your go-to. While pre-reservations are already live, the design shows it’ll share the same triple-camera setup as the S25. Expect a 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto lens, with a 12MP sensor up front. The S25+ will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm and weigh in at 190g.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is shaping up to be the grand release! Rumors are swirling that this device will be a powerhouse, even in the camera department. It’s expected to feature a massive 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Leaked renders confirm a quad-camera setup on the rear, which might include a 200MP primary, 50MP ultrawide, 50MP periscope, and 10MP telephoto lens. As with the other models, it’ll have a 12MP sensor on the front. The Ultra will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weigh 218g. We can also spot the S Pen stylus in these renders, though it’s rumored to lack Bluetooth support.
