A few weeks ago, Samsung officially teased the Galaxy S25 Edge, which was previously rumored to be the Galaxy S25 Slim. However, Samsung had other plans and decided to bring back the iconic Edge branding. The official debut is still a few months away, but that hasnโt stopped the leaks. A YouTuber managed to get their hands on the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge and published a video. And yes it looks really sleek.
Galaxy S25 Edge key specs confirmed in new leak
We canโt help but notice the Galaxy S25 Edgeโs battery capacity (mAh), which aligns with previous listings. The video shows the Galaxy S25 Edge next to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. When open, the Z Fold 6 is 5.6 mm thick, while the S25 Edge is slightly thicker. The Galaxy S25 Edge is reportedly 5.84 mm thick, so thereโs a good chance this could indeed be the upcoming phone. The S25 Edge is also a bit taller than the Z Fold 6, which is 153.2 mm, as the S25 Edge measures 158.2 mm.

Additionally, we can see Galaxy S25 Edge features the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The camera specs reveal it has three 12MP cameras, though this may not tell the full story. Itโs likely to include a 200MP primary sensor on the back, although itโs unclear if it will be the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The video also shows the model number SM-S937U, which indicates this is the USA variant.
A solid number of specs and leaks have been confirmed, which you can watch by tapping the embedded video below. The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to debut sometime between April and June. Samsung might also showcase the Galaxy S25 Slim at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC).
